Our client is one of the biggest Apple product resellers in Baltics with a goal in mind to increase their eCommerce results. The employer has started using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud just recently with the goal to improve their online sales. They asked Cloud Knot to implement Marketing Cloud with their Salesforce Sales Cloud and setup Marketing cloud for end user

Challenges

The biggest challenge was to understand how to transfer their existing digital marketing processes into Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and as well understand data reliationships
